OVERVIEW

House of Virgin Mary is located on the top of the "Bulbul" mountain 9 km ahead of Ephesus, the shrine of Virgin Mary enjoys a marvellous atmosphere hidden in the green. It is the place where Mary may have spent her last days. Indeed, she may have come in the area together with Saint John, who spent several years in the area to spread Christianity. Mary preferred this remote place rather than living in crowded place.

PROGRAM

After picking up the participants for this tour we depart from Bodrum at 9am and head to Virgin Mary House (the delightful scenic journey is about 1 hour 45 mins). Arriving at the site, you will have free time to visit the House of Mary. Then, at the confirmed time, all the group participants will gather and we will enjoy lunch at a traditional Turkish restaurant. At the end of the tour we will return to Bodrum and return you to your Hotel/Accommodation.
