Purpose of the Agreement
Protection and disclosure of personal information and information obtained for services you request during your visit to this website are subject to the conditions stipulated in this "Privacy Policy". You hereby accept the conditions stipulated in this "Privacy Policy" by visiting this website and requesting to use services offered through this website.

Disclosure and Protection of Information
zendtour.com requests your personal information (name, surname, age, e-mail, telephone etc.) in order to provide customers better service.

Statistical data that may be obtained from such personal information (browser type, geographical location, age, sex etc.) is used within zendtour.com in the process of periodical campaigns, e-bulletin works, developing special promotional activities related to customer profiles and customer "classification" in terms of non-delivery of unwanted e-mails.

zendtour.com does not share the information obtained through the membership forms, with third parties, use or sell it for trading and non-operating purposes without the knowledge of or authorization by the member.

zendtour.com analyzes and interprets the visitor movements and preferences that it monitors during the usage of the website excluding the personal information requested in e-mail addresses and membership forms. Such statistical data which does not consist of personal information is used in order to offer guests a more effective and special booking experience.

Customer information may be disclosed should it be requested by official authorities and in cases where such disclosure to official authorities is mandatory as per the compulsory provisions of current legislations.

All information submitted into the system can only be accessed and changed by the customer. No other person can access and change this information.

Due to the nature of the internet, information may circulate and be accessed by unauthorized third parties despite all reasonable security measures. zendtour.com does not accept any liability for such unauthorized usage and damages arising from it.

Information obtained is kept in a secure environment which prohibits unauthorized access.

We kindly request our guest to be ready 10 (ten) minutes before departure time. Guest are to be promity on time at the meet-points given by tour guide. Tours will be proceed without waiting delayers.

Payment of deposit and final payment are agreed with the operator, on tours where it's possible to pay on departure (at the coach or boat), we will invoice all reservations with no-shows.

The amount on the invoice will be the same as the amount on the reservation. AII bookings are binding!

We will make every effort to operate ali programs as disclosed in this brochure. However, circumstances beyond our control may arise which would require an adjustment to the tour, its inclusions or the staff accompanying the trip. We will do all that is possible to avoid such changes but we must reserve the right to make such modifications.

Modes of transportation and itinerary routings may change based on the number of passengers on a departure.

More than one trip leader or host may accompany you on your guided itinerary. Problems beyond our control (such as civil unrest or acts of nature) may force a change in itinerary.

In the event of circumstances over which we have no control and which could not be foreseen at the time the booking was taken, such as war or state of war, natural disaster, epidemic, industrial disputes and similar circumstances (force majeure) which make it difficult or inadvisable to operate the tour. The operator shall notify the customer of the cancellation as soon as possible. lf a tour is cancelled, the customer is entitled to a full refund of the price of the tour.

Lost Items

We are not responsible for lost items, so please take care of personal items. Complaints in connection with accommodation, meals, drivers ete. must be made immediately to the tour operator's local representative.

Cancellations

After initial booking any cancellation requires medical certifıcate or will incur 50% of the tour. No refunds are available within 24 hours of the tour.

No shows

Please be aware that in case of any no show situation there will be no refund payment to the clients.

⨀ Transfer service and its affiliates will not be responsible for delays caused by weather, road, or traffic conditions; mechanical failure; or any other conditions beyond our control. Any expenses arising as a result of delayed departure or arrival times, including missed flights or travel connections, are the sole responsibility of the passenger.

⨀ Prepaid reservations canceled more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time will be refunded. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to pick-up time. Reservations not prepaid will be charged the total fare for cancellations less than 2 hours before pick up or flight arrival time.

⨀ The safety of our passengers is our highest priority. In order to maintain a safe and comfortable driving environment, our drivers have the right to deny or de-board any person who, in the drivers judgment, is unruly, disruptive or poses a threat to the safety of the vehicle or anyone on board.

⨀ Passengers are responsible for their personal possessions. We try our best to return items left in our vehicles to their owners, but we assume no liability for lost, stolen, damaged or misplaced items. Any charges incurred in returning a left-behind item to its owner must be paid for by the owner.

⨀ Many bags look alike. Our drivers cannot be responsible for remembering which bags belong to each passenger. Upon reaching your destination, please check to see that you have retrieved all your belongings, and that each bag, briefcase, computer, etc. is, indeed, yours.

⨀ Small items are left in our vehicles most often (cell phones, cameras, small bags and sunglasses, in particular).

Tickets issued by the mobile or website or sales offices online can vary depending on the airline companies' contracts, such as cancellations, returns and changes. You can take action at least 2 hours before your flight time on issues such as cancellation and refund.

The tickets sold by our website have three different classes. You can buy tickets in three different categories: Promotion, Economy and Business Class. You can make a request to our call center by sending the cancellation and refund of the tickets you receive to Economy and Business Class. This is not the case for promotional tickets. Promotional tickets are tickets that cannot be canceled, returned or modified after purchase.

Promotional tickets are tickets issued by the airline companies for a limited number of seats. Promotional tickets are usually priced one month in advance and are preferable.

For special reasons, you may have to cancel / return. However, in some cases, you can make a return deduction or a penalty transaction based on the contract you made while buying online tickets. In such cases, you may need to create a request to contact the airline company you are traveling to in order not to be a victim. If you are processing in accordance with the cancellation and return conditions, only the service charge is deducted. In addition, if there is less than 12 hours, the penalty may be deducted.

⨀ Tickets are personal and not transferable to any other party.
⨀ No changes can be made after scheduled departure time. Can a ticket be neither cancelled nor refunded after scheduled departure time.
⨀ The BUYER should present the credit card which was used during transactions (on the SELLER's internet website) at time of the check-in at the port of departure.
⨀ Open return tickets are valid until the end of the issuance date's year.
⨀ BUYERs accept to comply with all safety and security measures and controls aboard the SELLER's ferries.
⨀ BUYER confirms to be ready at the port 1 hour prior to the departure time of the ferry.
⨀ The SELLER holds the right to make any change on scheduled departure times and dates.
⨀ Didim courts are authorized for arbitration due to any conflict arising from this contract under valid tariff and current Turkish Law and legislation.
⨀ Sailing schedules may be interrupted, changed and crossing times extended or trips cancelled due to adverse weather conditions or operational circumstances beyond the SELLER's control. The SELLER cannot accept liability for any costs (including transport, accommodation or meal costs) or inconveniences caused by such delays and/or cancellations.
⨀ Pregnant women of 6 (or more) months are not allowed to travel aboard SELLER's ferries for their own safety.
⨀ The SELLER is not liable for any injury and/or death and/or damage and/or loss to luggage, other personal belongings or cars aboard the ferries unless any of the incident(s) above is proved to be the result of the SELLER's fault or negligence at a court in Didim. The SELLER is not liable if the incident resulted from an act of war, terrorism, hostility, insurrection, a natural phenomenon, adverse weather or sea conditions or was wholly caused by an act or omission done with the intend to cause the incident by a third party.
⨀ Carrier cannot be hold liable for missing or lost personal belongings.
⨀ Ticket fare covers the transportation between embarkation and disembarkation ports. No other services are covered by ticket fare if the SELLER has not charged any extra fee. Fares are effective for the declared routes only.
⨀ Fares and expenses may be paid with an internationally convertible currency that the SELLER accepts. Any currency conversion will be based on Turkish State Bank's foreign currency buying rates if the fares/fees are paid with a different currency other than the one stated on the SELLER's internet website.
⨀ The SELLER does not guarantee numbered seat assignment. BUYERs accept to choose any available seat.
⨀ Greek government does not require visa from the holders of Green and service passports for the Turkish Nationals.
⨀ Ordinary passport holders must have a valid Schengen visa prior to embarkation to the ferry.
⨀ BUYERs those have KKTC entry stamps on their passports, are not allowed to travel to Greece.
⨀ It is dangerous and forbidden to embark and disembark the ship unless the ramp is fully prepared for embarkation/disembarkation and crew grants approval following necessary security precautions’ readiness.
⨀ If passenger acts like he/she is endangering the ship or any other person or any good or belonging; or if he/she prevents the crew from doing their duties or not following crew members’ orders; or if he/she causes reasonable objections of other passengers; seller can take any precaution including capture of passenger in order to prevent continuity of such kind of act.
⨀ Passengers should not leave their seats whilst the ship is sailing and/or manoeuvring for berthing. Passengers must follow the warning announcements during the voyage. Seller cannot be charged for any injury and material damages which caused by not obeying to these rules.
⨀ The SELLER is not liable for any injury and/or death and/or damage and/or loss to luggage, other personal belongings or cars aboard the ferries unless any of the incident(s) above is proved to be the result of the SELLER's fault or negligence. Liability of seller could be reduced or totally abolished in accordance with the statute’s provisions if passenger has contributory negligence.
⨀ Seller is not responsible for any damage to fragile or perishable items in luggage, money, jewellery, precious metal, silverware, bills and other valuable commercial paper, passport and other identifications.
⨀ Seller will not be responsible for death, illness, injury or disability of a passenger whose age, mental or physical condition creates a risk or damage for him/herself and his/her condition.
⨀ Please print your online tickets for the check-in procedures.
⨀ One way ticket holding passengers must purchase a return ticket should they be denied entry into Greece and forced to return to T urkey by the Greek Immigration Authorities.

⨀ Schengen visa required passport holders traveling to Greece, accept and undertake that; they have no "KKTC (North Cyprus Turkish Republic) stamps" on their passports and that they will pay all fines imposed by Greece, due to refusal of entry resulting from such stamps, and that they have been notified of this in advance accordingly.
⨀ Passenger accepts and undertakes that; there are no obstacles such as expiry, validity, coverage, dates, number of entries, duration of stays or similar attributes on her/his passport, visa, residence permit or other travel documents for her/his entry into Greece and that he/she will pay all fines imposed by Greece, due to refusal of entry, resulting from such non-comformities, and that she/he has been notified of this in advance accordingly.
⨀ Tickets with legs on different seasons will be charged with “first departure date’s” seasonal price.
⨀ Return date can not be changed on tickets issued with a confirmed date.
⨀ Availability can not be guaranteed for return date on open-return tickets.
⨀ Open Return tickets' return date and time must be confirmed with our agents in Rhodes and Kos within working hours, one day before departure.

DISAVOWAL RIGHT

The buyer does not have the right to deflect due to the fact that the articles indicated under chapter three of the regulation which arranges "THE USE OF DEFLECTION RIGHTS AND OBLIGATION OF THE PARTIES", can not be applied to "PASSENGER CARRIAGE SERVICES".

CANCELLATION OF THE TRAVEL AND REFUND CONDITIONS

The BUYER cannot ask the SELLER to alter any detail (i.e. BUYER name, date, time and itinerary) on the electronic ticket which is purchased in accordance with this contract's rules. The BUYER accepts and guarantees that there will be no request to the SELLER for any change after the completion of the sale. No refund is made to any BUYER in case of; Authorities' refusal to the person trying to leave the country, expired visa, not having a valid visa.

REJECTION AND LIMITATION OF TRANSPORTATION

Seller can refuse to transport any passenger and/or the luggage for security reasons or by using his discretion, according to the occurrence of following situations; In case behaviour or age or mental or physical condition of a passenger oblige seller to take additional steps to complete the carriage, in case a passenger disturbs crew or other passenger’s or causes danger or risk of injury and or damage to other people or their belongings, in case the passenger refuses security control, in case the passenger is under effect of narcotic substances and/or medical treatment which may be detrimental for other people, any other situation which is not stated within this CONTRACT but entitles the seller to refuse the transportation. There will be no refund to any passenger in case of refusal of the transportation.

ITEMS WHICH ARE NOT ALLOWED AS LUGGAGE

No ammunition and firearms except sport and hunting types can be carried as luggage. Arms and ammunition those for sport events, can be carried as registered luggage. Firearms must be safety-locked and properly packed and delivered to the Master upon boarding the ferry. Such belongings will be returned to the passenger prior to the disembarkation. The SELLER may refuse to carry a material as baggage in accordance with its size, shape, weight and content.The SELLER may refuse the carriage of any material if such items are not properly packed in a suitcase, bag or other packing forms.Passengers have the right for free baggage within internationally accepted limits.Passengers may take the delivery of their baggage after all the baggages are unloaded from the ferry at the disembarkation port.Any material or substance like illegal drugs/narcotics cannot be carried. The full responsibility of such illegal drugs belongs to the Passengers.

CARRIAGE OF PETS

Pets; like cats and dogs (except the outrageous dogs like American Pitbull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, Doberman, Rottweiler) those have a valid international vaccination and health card besides any other document which Greek government requires, can be accepted for carriage in case both parties agreed in advance.Acceptance of pets' carriage is only possible if the owner of the pet takes full responsibility. The SELLER will not be responsible in case Greek government does not allow entry of the pet and if following facts occur; Death of the pet, sickness of the pet, delay due to the refusal of entry by the authorities, loss of any kind (moral or corporal or financial).
